BARREL THREADING:

This is a great way to ensure that you are getting your rifles full potential when using a silencer.

​

Threading a barrel is a great way to add a silencer to your rifle. The more common way to do this is to add an adapter, which can mark the barrel of your rifle, and be very unstable, it can cause pellets to clip on the silencer and cause accuracy issues.

​

Whereas, threading a barrel is cutting threads onto the barrel itself so your silencer screws on rather than fitting over the outside.  This ensures that your barrel and silencer are completely lined up to the centre, therefore the pellet cannot clip, causing inaccuracy. It is a fixed permanent way to add a silencer.

BARREL SHORTENING:

 

A good option when the barrel is too long or has a damaged crown. The barrel is taken down to size on a lathe and recrowned, a must if accuracy is an issue, if you would like a nice compact gun or your silencer is making your gun too long.
